The Stark Law Firm was founded by Steven S. Stark who, for more than 30 years, has served as General Counsel and external Counsel to large and small companies spanning many industries. Further, Mr. Stark understands what it takes to thrive as an entrepreneur: not only a business attorney, he is also an entrepreneur who previously started and operated several businesses in New York City and Florida. Mr. Stark regularly counsels senior management as well as department heads on legal issues in the areas of Business Development, Human Resources, IT, Sales and Marketing, Customer Service, Finance, company policies and procedures, and risk tolerance. This involves drafting contracts, dealing with employment issues, negotiating business disputes, providing legal compliance, and more. Mr. Stark has also formed, and worked as General Counsel for several 501(c)(3) nonprofit organizations, where he has helped ensure compliance with local, state, federal, and IRS regulations. Mr. Stark focuses his practice on helping entrepreneurs and small businesses succeed. He understands that involving an attorney from the beginning is key to building a thriving business.
